Returns will not be accepted unless accompanied with a Safety Award Source Return Authorization Number (RMA). RMA's must be obtained within 15 days. There is a 15% restocking fee on stock items that are returned within the 15 days. To receive a RMA please contact Customer Service at 1-800-868-7018 or e-mail Customer Service.
Refunds & Exchanges
Should your custom item be defective please contact Customer Service at 1-800-868-7018 or e-mail Customer Service within 15 days of receiving your product(s). Customer Service will work out a reorder, credit, or refund of your order. Please be aware that the defective products will normally need to be returned.
